Andrea comes to Sleiman after recently graduating from the University of Florida Warrington Business Schools Master of Science in Real Estate graduate program. Prior to graduate school, Andrea worked both in commercial and residential brokerage in South Florida. Andrea will be working on corporate level initiatives for Sleiman, bridging the areas of finance, dispositions, enterprise level reporting and Joint Venture interaction.

Derek Logue
Leasing Associate at Sleiman Enterprises
EDUCATION: University of North Fl
Sleiman Enterprises would like to introduce Derek Logue as their newest Leasing Associate. Derek will be responsible for placing new tenants in designated shopping centers throughout the Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Mandarin, and Orange Park areas. Derek has a background in both leasing and territory management in the Jacksonville area. Derek received his bachelor’s degree from UNF in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
